Using biblical examples, he showed that God seeks our growth and expansion , even butressing that God is glorified when we are fruitful and prosperous.

In his opinion, a leader must not stay stagnant in any area of life. In fact, he admonished us to have zero tolerance for stagnation and to aspire towards fulfilling the dominion mandate.
